General Questions

Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy salespeople coming to our house, so why would we ever do that to you? You can get a quote and book your cleaning online—it takes about a minute.

Yep. All supplies are included in your service, including wipe cloths, towels and trash liners.

That would be no bueno by us. Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We stand by our satisfaction guarantee.

Scheduling Questions

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee same-day bookings, but depending on the day, we’re often able to make this happen for our customers.
That’s totally up to you. If you’re not going to be home, just make sure you let us know how to access your home by adding the information in your customer dashboard.
We charge all appointments the morning of the cleaning.
Nope. Nada. You can cancel service at any time without any penalty. You never have to commit to a contract or a predetermined number of appointments.

Depending on the size of your home, one to three cleaners will arrive to perform your service. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person or team going forward.
Absolutely. All of our cleaners go through a stringent vetting process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning before applicants can be considered.
